BACKGROUND

Liam is a senior member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers’ (ANZIV) and a senior member of the Property Institute of New Zealand (SPINZ).

SPECIALISATION

Liam has practised as a Valuer for over 40 years and is a recognised expert in his fields of residential and lifestyle block valuations, predominantly in the North Shore and Whangaparaoa/Rodney areas.

PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS

Liam was a member of the Auckland branch of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers and New Zealand Property Institute for over 14 years, holding various positions during this time including deputy chairman of both organisations over a period of time.

He is a member of the North Harbour Club which supports youth on Auckland's North Shore over a wide range of areas including arts, sport and music and is also involved in other various community activities.

PERSONAL INTERESTS

Liam enjoys recreational activities including swimming and golf and lives in Greenhithe on Auckland's North Shore.
